9TH ANNUAL POKER PARTY BENEFITING THE SHEA FAMILY FUND AND TUESDAY'S CHILDREN

On Thursday, March 24th at Prince George Ballroom from 6:00pm to 11:00pm, the
Shea Family Fund and Tuesday's Children will be hosting their 9th Annual Poker
Party.  Attendees have the option of playing in the tournament or being a
spectator.  Tournament players will receive $7,500 in chips with the top 10
players awarded prizes, while spectators can view the numerous Texas Hold 'Em
games that will be taking place around the room.

The Shea Family Fund and Tuesday's Children were established in the wake of
September 11, 2001.  The Shea Family Fund supports Tuesday's Children and
continues to support the charities that Joe and Danny Shea, who lost their lives
on 9/11, championed. Tuesday's Children provides a wide-range of programs and
services including Mentoring, Career Paths, Next Steps and Project COMMON BOND
to support the families that were directly impacted by the events of September
11th, including the first responder community.

Prince George Ballroom is located at 15 East 27th Street in New York City.  A
Spectator Ticket is $200 and includes open bar and hors d'oeuvres and a
Tournament Ticket is $750 and includes open bar, hors d'oeuvres and $7,500 in
chips.
