Bronx Volunteer Event: Food Pantry\Distribution to the Poor

This event is a good opportunity to volunteer your time, and to give back to the community. Our volunteer events draws a good crowd of young professionals, so the event also presents a good networking/social opportunity.

We are looking for volunteers to help assemble food baskets and then distribute these baskets to the poor on Saturday March 20th starting at 9am.

The assembly and distribution will take place at:
Immaculate Conception Church
Lower Church (Ave Maria Hall)
754 East Gun Hill Road
Bronx, NY 10467

Take the #2 or #5 train to East Gun Hill Road Station and then from the station walk about 1-2 blocks east of White Plains Road. To enter the Ave Maria Hall - Lower Church, go through the Church parking lot and look for stairs to the right leading to the lower church.
