February is the month for sweet romance, so this month's Champagne School will focus on sweet champagnes paired with chocolate. Sample three different champagnes made with a high "dosage" (addition of sugar - you can do that in Champagne!) and learn about how this oldest of champagne styles is made. An expert will take you through the tasting, pairing each champagne with a different type of chocolate. Why not treat your sweetheart to this indulgent tasting for Valentine's Day?
