Indian Cuisine and Culture in Maharani

Maharani is a newly opened restaurant in San Francisco. Although it exists only about a year it has already become one of the most interesting places in the city. As it is understandable from the name of the restaurant the chef of the Maharani offers to taste Indian cuisine.

I have been there several times and I can assure you that these visits gave me an opportunity to collect enough information for custom writing essay or writing term papers on Indian culture and traditions because the restaurant is an Indian city within the American one. The atmosphere here is absolutely unique and authentic. Such impression is achieved not only because the restaurant specializes on national Indian food, but designers of the restaurant did their best to make the Maharani a small India. There are two halls a customer may choose to dine in: the Peacock lounge and Fantasy room. Each of them is decorated in a particular Indian style. I like the second one most of all because every time we dine there I have a feeling that I am a real queen.

The service is polite and well-timed. The cuisine of the restaurant deserves separate consideration. The Maharani was my first experience of Indian food, and I must confess that I was a little skeptic about it. My skepticism vanished at sight after I have eaten the first plate of naan with fish (it was not the only bowl I have emptied that evening).
