To meet, mingle, date and deal in the NY/Hamptons Social Scene
The T.J. Martell Foundation for Leukemia, Cancer and AIDS Research celebrated its 36th Annual Honors Gala on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in New York.
The diverse crowd was able to intermingle in the cozy setting where they enjoyed a fantastic cocktail reception, mouth watering hors d’oeuvres, full open bar and as well as viewing and bidding on the silent auction that raises finds for Cancer and Aids research.
This Foundation sources and supports early-stage research projects aimed at developing more effective clinical treatments which otherwise might not be funded. This Foundation has provided more than $250 million dollars for research that supports eleven top hospitals in the United States.
Grammy Award winners Martina McBride and also Darius Rucker along with The Voice's Javier Colon performed for the crowd of an estimated 1,000 music and entertainment leaders, top business executives and celebrities.
